I only spotted one eagle, today, a quick-moving baldy that vanished beyond the rooftops faster than I could scramble out my camera.
I did, however, capture this gull in an undignified moment: check out what it’s doing! This gull is scratching its beak with its foot, whilst on the wing! Nicely done, gull, but I saw you, and now everyone else is going to see you, too.
Looking a bit scruffy, what?
Scratch-scratch-scratch; it’s not your day.
The poor, itchy gull was kicking its trailing foot in a most foolish-looking fashion, almost as though it were swimming through the sky.
